Refills and Cancellation
Your order includes automatic refills: a new shipment is sent and billed every 28 days at the price of the package you chose, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime before your next refill by emailing support@erevanton.com. Charges appear on your bank statement as BEMONY*EREVANTON.
How to Request a Refund
Products featured on this site are sold and fulfilled by EreVanton, which processes all payments and refunds. To start a refund, contact EreVanton Customer Support at support@erevanton.com with your order details, or reach us through our Contact page and we will point you to the right place.
Processing
Approved refunds are typically issued within 14 days of the retailer receiving your request or return, and are credited to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.
Return Shipping
Where a physical return is requested, follow the instructions provided by the retailer, including any Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns sent without following those instructions may not be processed.
